I thought the first time, when they voted against the Franken Amendment was bad enough. It certainly was enough to spring forth the parody site "Republicans for rape".
You would think, they wouldn't do it again, but they did, this time, in the house. And nearly a hundred of them, instead of only around 30.
More below the fold.
The Iowa Independent will give you the overview of it, I included the link to the roll call too, so that you can see which of the congressmen voted against this.

U.S. Rep. Steve King, R-Kiron, last week voted against a bill making it easier for non-natives who commit rape and other crimes on Native American tribal lands to be prosecuted.
The Tribal Law and Order Act was passed as an amendment to HR 725 by a vote of 326-92. King was the lone member of Iowa’s congressional delegation to oppose the measure.

When a crime was committed, tribal police and their local, state and federal counterparts had to hash out whether the suspect was a Native American or not. These sorts of jurisdictional problems made it difficult for non-natives to stand trial for their crimes. It also discouraged rape victims to step forward out of fear their attacker would never be prosecuted...(MORE)
My congressman, Hal Roger's of Kentucky's fifth District, voted against this too. Feel free to take a moment to aid his political opponent and the opponents of all these boneheads while you are at it.
Sensitivity and HUMANITY FAIL.
