Today was the vote to bring the 2010 Defense Appropriations Act which included DADT appeal and an amendment to the DREAM Act. Shortly before the vote, the Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell offered the Senate Democrats a deal that said they would allow the vote to go forward if the DREAM Act Amendment would not be included in this bill. Because Senate Majority Leader Reid turned down that deal and all of the Senate GOP voted no and blocked the 2010 Defense Appropriations Act from coming to the Senate floor. Among those GOP Senators who voted no are 3 Senators who are up for re-election this year and have strong candidates who support DADT repeal. Let's GOTV and/or donate to their opponents and drive these cowards from office.
Arizona - Republican Senator John McCain is facing Democratic candidate Rodney Glassman.
Rodney supports DADT Repeal:
Democratic challenger Rodney Glassman supports a repeal of the law. "Troops should not be drummed out of the military for who they are," said his spokesman, Blake Morlock

Iowa - Republican Senator Chuck Grassley is facing Democratic candidate Roxanne Conlin.
From Roxanne's website:
I support repealing "Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell" because we need all the talented and patriotic Americans who seek to serve to be able to serve proudly. To exclude people who are willing to sacrifice their lives to defend our freedom flies in the face of our national security. We must stop discharging dedicated soldiers because of who they are. Three out of four Americans support repealing "Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell" and I am one of them.

North Carolina - Republican Richard Burr is facing Democratic challenger Elaine Marshall.
From Elaine's website:
Elaine believes it is not the Federal government’s job to discriminate, including when it comes to sexual orientation. She believes we should honor the commitment of those serving in the military regardless of sexual orientation, and that we should follow the lead of our military leaders and repeal "Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell." Elaine supports the repeal of DOMA and the enactment of ENDA and UAFA. She supports eliminating all forms of discrimination under the law, including immigration law.

Updated to add: There are 3 Senate seats that will change hands in November not January - Delaware, Illinois and West Virgina. It is necessary for us to hold these 3 seats if we want to pass DADT repeal and the DREAM Act in November. However, I can't find any documentation that the WV candidate supports DADT repeal.
Delaware - Democratic candidate Chris Coons is running against teabagger Christine O'Donnell.
From Chris' website:
If elected to the US Senate, he will continue fighting for LGBT issues such as: marriage equality for all Americans, repealing "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and the Defense of Marriage Act, and supporting the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) and Uniting American Families Act (UAFA).

Illinois - Democratic candidate Alexi Giannoulias is running against GOP candidate Mark Kirk.
Great statement from Alexi's website:
Brave men and women who are willing to fight and die for our country should be asked only one question: can they do the job? That is why Alexi supports the repeal of the military’s "don’t ask, don’t tell" policy. He does not believe that there needs to be further study or review – the policy should be immediately repealed.
