Unfortunately, this is not a research paper. This is a diary entry in which I put forth the arguement that underscores the recent remarks of the President of the United States only in so far that the "Stonewalling" in Congress described by many on the left, unbalances what must be an efficient system of admnistation if we Americans are ever to climb out of the economic abyss in which we here in the Middle Class find ourselves.
In this observer's understanding of systems in general, we here in America are a system. On the surface, because of our laws and and our order, we are an interdependence of symetrical organizations. Energy, or the spirit of our collective committment, is not created nor destroyed. It is transformed. Yet, our underlying passions and human ambitions, also make our system asymetrical: and as such, regardless of our affiliations, all of us must inevitably adhere to the rule of all asymmetrical systems. All asymmetrical Systems move towards the simplest order. Our best choice then is to be careful about what we choose to obstruct: objective moral knowledge from the Center is only one possible outcome of our collective society. Alas, there are others.
Indeed, the President's remarks were valid and on point from the Democrtatic Perspective. Moreover, the President left the door open for reaching across the "aisle." Yet, I argue it cannot be emphasized enough, that since all asymetrical systems move towards the simplest order, Simplicity will be the end result.
In every respect, it does not matter if any one ever agrees or if anything in Congress is ever done: all systems move towards the simplest order. Unless a point of Objective Moral Knowledge is agreed upon and chosen, the Law Of Systems will choose for us, and I guarantee as a Philosopher and as a man to other men and women: we probably won't like that result.
Essentially America, what it all comes down to is common sense. Forget about the fact that Barack Obama is a Democrat for a minute, please, not just for our sake as Middle Class American's, but for all Americans. Indded, what makes any of you think that if more of the "crap" that is going right now isn't fixed right now, that any of you will be able to fix it when it comes your turn?
The longer these problems linger, the more entrenched they will become. And because of the Law of Systems, once entrenched into the fabric of popular reality, not even Jesus Christ and all the Angels combined will be able solve the problems or chase away the foul ordor of stubborn pride and blind opportunistic ambition on both sides, Democrats and Republicans.
When it is all said and done, Choice is our only freedom, our only chance to make the inevitible outcome of Simplicity what it has been since the time of Thomas Jefferson and John Adams: uniquely and indelibly American; truly a land of the Free and a Home of the Brave.
