Since this has become a hot topic, I wanted to draw attention to the a range of resources that the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Serivces has with regard to the subject of bullying:
There are two meta-pages, lists and compendiums of resources, both governmental and private at the MedLinePlus Bullying site and at the HealthFinder Bullying site.
The lead agency in HHS' fight against bullying is probably HRSA, which is also the parent agency of the HIV/AIDS Bureau which oversees the Ryan White Care Act programs, the Maternal and Child Health Bureau which oversees the Title V block grant and related programs, the Bureau of Primary Health Care which oversee the Community, Migrant and Homeless Health Centers.
Stop Bullying Now - Take a Stand Lend A Hand:
I don't know how much material is LGBT specific, but HRSA has a very colorful and interactive webpage called Stop Bullying Now for Kids with games and webisodes.
There is also a Stop Bullying site for Adults, which includes sections for Parents and family, Educators, Law enforcement and justice, Health care and Safety workers, etc.
Peace & Health.
