If you do not know your State House or State Senate district, you are in good company - most people don't! But guess what - the State House and Senate (collectively known as the State Legislature) has a big impact on continuing the programs which attract jobs and promote the general welfare. So, get to know your districts, and who is running for your districts' seats, before you go vote!
Roll Call. If you have not already done so, NOW is time. When were you going to do this anyway?
Find Your Legislators: Vote Smart.
Interesting huh? So, what do you know about these people who want to represent you? Where do they stand on DADT? Where do they stand on Citizen's United? Energy dependency? The environment? Facilitating job creation?
Let's hear it for those who are out there and running. It takes alot of courage and passion, and in some cases, even integrity.

The governor's race is hot here and I'll be at a rally this coming week for Kitzhaber (Obama will be there as well.)
I definitely like Wyden. David Wu is okay. I wish Wu were a little more hands-on and agressive though. I know very little about Mary Nolan, but I'm about to find out soon...
Peace out.
