A major GOP official has decided to confront the recent suicides of several teenagers who were, perceived to be, part of the GLBTQ community. A cause of these suicides was being bullied.
Noting that Democrats President Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Nancy Pelosi had done public service videos on this issue, a journalist questioned why no GOP leader had done so on this topical issue. The GOP official responded "Well, we get our information from Fox News, and had no idea about this issue."
The GOP official responded, "It does get better for GLBTQ, and usually when my party is out of power. Progress may be slow when the Democrats are in power, but things often go in reverse when my party is in charge."
So the question is, will ANY elected GOP Official address this issue in a positive way? If so, who, and why?
