Scott Aker the Garden Unit leader at the National Arboretum, has decreed that since one of the Arboretum's premium visitor collections is too popular and causes congestion, it should be cut down. Naturally the destruction of a world class collection of azaleas is causing some consternation.
Similar logic would have the Grand Canyon filled, and the geysers at Yellowstone plugged. Heck- they've already cut off access to the Capitol!
