Welcome to Musical Moondays, an open thread series for music junkies and their enablers. Please add your musical contribution which may or may not relate to everything and/or nothing at all.
Tonight we will have the privilege of enjoying a lunar eclipse on the solstice. Such an event has not occurred in hundreds of years. The last time the moon was fully eclipsed by the sun on the shortest day of the year was in 1638, to be exact.
In honor of this strange coincidence, let's have some Creedence Clearwater Revival, and any other musical accompaniment of your choosing. Just find a Youtube you like, and paste the embed code in your comment. A multimedia-intensive experience may occur over the fold, if tonight is the kind of evening I'm predicting.
Creedence Clearwater Revival
Bad Moon Rising
I see the bad moon arising.
I see trouble on the way.
I see earthquakes and lightnin'.
I see bad times today.
CHORUS:
Don't go around tonight,
Well, it's bound to take your life,
There's a bad moon on the rise.
I hear hurricanes ablowing.
I know the end is coming soon.
I fear rivers over flowing.
I hear the voice of rage and ruin.
CHORUS
All right!
Hope you got your things together.
Hope you are quite prepared to die.
Looks like we're in for nasty weather.
One eye is taken for an eye.
CHORUS

- Browse the videos 'til you see the one you want
- Click the video and it will play.
- There will be a button under the video that says embed, click it.

- Right click this and press copy
- Now you're ready to rock, go to the body of your comment, right click and select paste.
Try it.
