Not incredibly imaginative, but amusing nonetheless.
This effort to beg for money capitalize on the pagan holiday Valentines Day, and somehow beg for money associate the GOP with... I don't know what, should not go unpunished unrewarded. I'm sure that every Republican member of congress would ♥ to receive a card (or a couple hundred) from the general public.
