Rumsfeld admits defeat!

Rumsfeld said:

We're not going to win against the insurgency; the Iraqi people are going to win against the insurgency.

Had Howard Dean said that, the headlines the next day would've been,

Dean: 'We're not going to win'

It's so easy to take this sort of shit out of context. But it's always done against Dean and other Democrats. Never the other way around.
