We have heard since 9/11 the phrase 'keeping us (Americans) safe.'
So, what does this mean, actually? What does 'keeping Americans safe' mean?
Does it mean:
- Adequate and effective health care that does not bankrupt the family?
- Decent employment, that allows all Americans who want a job, to have a job that pays the bills?
- An economic and education plan that moves America forward into the 22nd century, rather than an approach of deskilling the country and outsourcing its industries and lowering wages?
- Safe borders?
- An American financial and investment infrastructure that is in operation to move America forward along with its citizens, not to victimize them and to move China and India forward?
- A foreign policy that does not exploit the poor?
- Which of the two parties operate for the betterment of America vs. China, Brazil and India?
- Which of the two parties respects the Constitution, citizen, the worker?h
- Regarding health care, do you really like that IRS is going to enforce that you have purchased hc insurance?
- Does it mean that graduating college graduates are in debt to the banks for 100k, but cannot find a job?
What does 'keeping us safe' mean?
Just asking.
