Well folks, I just couldn't wait to post what I found on YOUTUBE this evening.
Seems I have come across a video that has hit me like a bolt out of the political mucky muck and has me about to "switch sides" as it were.
Apparently THIS is a Republican candidate for Governor in Tennessee.
Finally someone has laid down a distinct vision that I can get behind from the opposing party.
This is the man whom I think will be the great bipartisan leader we have waited and hoped for.
I'm Basil Marceaux dot com, the Republican candidate for governor. I'd like to recall all permits and registrations for guns.
Everyone carries guns. If you kill someone though, you get murdered, you go to jail.
And uh, I'd like to put, uh, plant grass or vegetation across the state on any vacant lot and sell it for gas so we can use it for our expenses. Also I'm going to remove all (unintelligible) flags from the state and apply the REAL flag with 3 stripes.
I also want to stop traffic stops. Set it up like the Supreme Court ruled in Knowles V. Iowa - can't find an innocent car, ya can't look.
I want yas'all to vote for Basil Marceaux, I want you to say a pledge of allegiance to a republic in the morning when you come out and we all pray to God and say Amen and everyone have a nice day and I'll see you at the polls.
Thank you have a nice day.
Let's recap here. If I hear him correctly, and I think I do...Basil Marceaux:
- Wants to recall all gun permits and registrations
- Wants to widen the scope of Tennessee's green economy
- Get back to our roots as a Country.
- Wants to stop ALL Illegal Search and Seizures by a runaway police state and pay more attention to the courts rulings.
- Wants everyone to say the Pledge and have a nice day when they come out (SEE, HE'S PRO GBLT) .
What is there NOT to like about this, my fellow progressives?
I love Tennessee. I love Basil. You should too and have a nice day.
Especially when you come out.
