Everyone knows clowns look funny. Clowns can entertain us. Sometimes, people may be derogatorily called clowns. Yet, have you ever had a clown tell you how your community should look?

That is right. Clowns are opposing the aesthetic look of wind mills. What ever gave clowns a right to decide what looks good in communities? Are these the right people to be lobbying against windmills?
