Teabagger Travis Corcoran, of Arlington, Massachusetts, had "Large Amount" of Weapons Seized by Police and had his weapons license suspended after he wrote,
"assassination [of politicians] is a legitimate tool."
After Rep. Giffords was shot he posted, "1 down and 534 to go."
Note, with his math he is including the assassination approval of the entire Senate & the entire House.
He is advocating a complete overthrow of the US. Government - but what about his hero Sen Rand Paul?
Teabagger Corcoran tweeted, "I disagree with murder. ...but shooting politicians who pass illegitimate, unconstitutional laws is not murder."
Ok, before any frightwingers freak out and falsely accuse the police of infringing on this teabagger's First Amendment rights - let me assure you - the Teabagger has NOT lost his First Amendment rights. He can still spew his violent hate and he has not been arrested.
Any licensed gun owner can tell you that posting approval of assassinating politicians on line is just an invitation to have your license revoked or at the very least suspended while an investigation is conducted.
Second Amendment rights do not allow a license holder to act like a fool. In fact, license holders have a responsibility to show that they are capable of handling the responsibility of gun ownership. This is not gun control.
Just how irresponsible and foolish is this Teabagger? Foolish enough to do a "Twitter Interview."
That's right, Teabagger Corcoran did a "Twitter Interview" with reporter Laura Leslie. (I know, Twitter Interview- sigh)
Anyway, the Teabagger's Twitter name is: "tjic."
In the Twitter interview, Teabagger Corcoran tjic, justified assassinating politicians as "morally legitimate." He says he bases that view from the: "Catholic Just War doctrine" and Tweeted, "It’s illegal, yes, but it’s not un-American. America was founded on the idea of shooting gov officials. Lexington Concord!"
In another tweet, he wrote, "I disagree with murder. ...but shooting politicians who pass illegitimate, unconstitutional laws is not murder."
He concluded, "Nope, it’s not a joke. I’m 100% serious."
Um - like a typical Teabagger - he has NO IDEA what he is talking about. America was not founded on the "idea of shooting government officials." In fact, no "government officials" were murdered in Lexington or Concord - British soldiers, not government officials went to Lexington & Concord.
Sheesh, just another ignorant Teabagger who knows nothing about the founding of this country and who falsely thinks the American Revolution was based on "killing government officials."
Also, Rep. Giffords did not write or pass any "unconstitutional laws" nor did the other 534 Democrats he is advocating the Pro-Assassination of.
Another basic fact this Teabagger clearly did not know was that he could lose his gun license for posting his Pro-Assassination garbage. I supposed he, and other Teabaggers, might not realize that his First Amendment rights to Free Speech were not violated.
The police merely suspended his license to own weapons pending an investigation into his violent, pro-assassination, hate-speech.
Did I mention, This Pro-Assassination Teabagger is a BIG Rand Paul supporter. During the campaign he Tweeted, "Lefties: Before you start fringe-baiting Rand Paul, note that he’s better on civil liberties than most Democratic senators. And Obama."
The Teabagger gets his jollies laughing at liberals, "You so-called liberals make me laugh – you’re all for free speech until someone disagrees, then it’s ‘report him!’" He also accuses the Daily Kos of "Stalinism" but my guess is that he knows no more about "stalinism" than he does about the American Revolution.
Perhaps one of those "liberals" he laughed at reported his Pro-Assassination Leanings and now he has no big guns to drool over while over-compensating for his itty bitty man features - tsk tsk.
