Jeffery Karnitz Arrested on Felony Charges - Defaced Wisconsin Recall Petitions

According to Fox 6 Now and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel online, the man who defaced two Wisconsin recall petitions last weekend has been arrested and charged with two felony charges of "Election fraud - falsifying or destroying nomination papers, recall petitions, etc."
