7:50 PM PT: After attacking Newt Gingrich for having not tried to purge Republicans from the party if they aren't perfectly "pro-life," Newt Gingrich says she doesn't have her facts right. Michele Bachmann then wants to know: "Can I rebuttal...for having my facts wrong?" "I'm a serious candidate and my facts are accurate."
7:53 PM PT: Mitt Romney says "it's pretty clear that President Obama has unveiled himself" ... and then pauses as we wait to find out what he's unveiled himself as ... "as someone who is not the right person to be President." Well, okay then.
7:55 PM PT: Jon Huntsman gets the last word in the debate. Mercifully, it's now over. Thank God.
7:58 PM PT (David Nir): Rick Santorum's lunatic ravings about jihadist drug lords in Central America reminds me of this priceless (and equally crazy) Ronald Reagan quote from 1986. Reagan claimed that victory for the Sandinistas in Nicaragua would create "a privileged sanctuary for terrorists and subversives just two days' driving time from Harlingen, Texas" — a 2,000-mile journey.
7:58 PM PT: Republican establishment take on debate (per Krauthammer): Romney "neutral," Gingrich "up and down," Bachmann "strong," Paul "wacky."
8:00 PM PT: Juan Williams thinks Newt Gingrich did well, and was surprised that Mitt Romney didn't take him out. Neil Cavuto and Chris Wallace think Bachmann and Perry were the winners. Megyn Kelly is still pissed that Gingrich handled her question on judges the way he did.
