Big News. Sarah Palin actually took questions today from real live people, without any of it being scripted.

She made an appearance before a Long Island Business Association in which she never once posted to Twitter, but actually used what passes for her brain to share her thoughts on everything from the Economy to Michelle Obama’s advice that women should breast-feed their babies.
(Here's a link to the NYTimes report: http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/... )
Except, this is the way she phrased it:
Quote, “It’s no wonder Michelle Obama is telling everybody you better breast-feed your baby – yeah, you better – because the price of milk is so high right now!”
Breast milk? Really? You’re willing to taint Breast Milk to further your political goals?
This is one of the big reasons I loath Sarah Palin so much. She takes a simple question about the price of milk and uses it to make Michelle Obama look like some bossy know it all who’s trying to tell YOU how to raise your children. "Eat your vegetables! Get some exercise! Don’t drink so much soda!"
These are all the things Michelle Obama is encouraging Americans to do, and it’s the same sort of good advice any good mother gives their children. Its common sense.
Just like its common sense —and good medical sense – to breast feed your baby.
But not if you’re Sarah Palin. I guess up in Alaska they just put the babies outside and let them be suckled by wolves. And then when the kids grow up – they shoot the wolves.
