There is not a "budget issue" in Wisconsin, the Republicans are ideologically attacking the basic human rights of employees. Elected Democratic Representatives are standing with the rights of workers.

President Barack Obama has declared that the political wing of the Tea Party Terrorists are simply wrong to vilify public sector workers.
On a facebook message he told readers
Public employees are our neighbors and friends. They are teachers, firefighters, social workers, and police officers. They make a lot of sacrifices and make a big contribution. It’s important not to vilify them or to suggest that somehow budget problems are due to public employees.

to an OFA pagedetailing how members of the Democratic Party are standing with employees against the GOP and their terror wing that has infected that once great Party like a cancer.
When under Democratic control Wisconsin was heading for a budget surplus. Just as they do at a Federal level, Republicans cut taxes for the very richest andincreased spending directed at Republican cronies and crooks, this sent the budget heading towards deficit.
The political wing of the Tea Party Terrorists are now using that deficit to eliminate employment rights guaranteed by International Treaty. This is something the Tea Party Terror movement are doing by choice. It is ideological. They will not rest until the last vestiges of employee rights are removed. Republicans are scrapping child labour lawsand union rights. Rights enshrined by International Treaty. They no longer respect treaties. Their children will not be working in factories for less than the minimum wage.
Democratic State Senators have left Wisconsin to ensure that the budget meeting does not have a quorum. Republicans are using threats of imprisonment to get them to return. They are missing in action until the political wing of the Tea Party Terrorists stop attacking basic human rights.
Why is this fight important? If you want an image of what America will look like after millions lose their jobs and basic employment laws are appealed then here it is:-
As John Boehner, the Republican spokesman and their de-facto leader says, "so be it". Welcome to "Real America".
