Tom Tomorrow coming to Daily Kos?

For years now, I've been a regular reader of Tom Tomorrow's comic strip This Modern World, which has been featured in many urban weeklies and at the websites Salon and Credo.

Today his blog (also called "This Modern World") contains an announcement with the following intriguing sentence (below the fold):

My contract was up for renewal at the end this month, and I was feeling vaguely ready for a change, when I was approached by Markos Moulitsas with an intriguing offer — the chance to not only publish my own work on the Daily Kos, but to serve as the site’s Comics Editor, to help create an entirely new space online for political cartoons.

While I'll leave it to Kos and the front pagers to divulge details, allow me to be among the first here to extend a warm welcome to Tom and his cast of cartoon characters! I shall be looking forward eagerly to his strip next Monday.
