The latest outrage from our pigfucker Governor is an attempt to impose permits for rallies OUTSIDE the Statec Capitol. What these incompetents don't know is i've already litigated the issue twice, first in 1987 when then Gov. Tommy Thompson ordered his Department of Administration to deny my application for a permit for the annual Hemp rally.
Rather than order issuance of a permit, Judge Steingass, in a published Dane County Circuit Court ruling, declared the entire permit scheme void as an abridgment of Freedom of Assembly under the State Constitution's Article 1 section 4, declaring that "anyone may assemble, speak, and carry signs, at any time," on the State Capitol grounds without a permit.
A few years later, we went to Federal court, extending the ruling to cover amplification on the grounds without a permit, so long as we didn't use the facilities electricity.
Now assembling a team to go back to court, get an injunction, damages, and attorneys fees.
