Ok ok this is probably like beating a dead horse, but hear me out at least. So far from reading over @ huffpo it seems like the paranoid nice election counting woman doing the counting on her own personal computer because she is scared of someone tampering may be a bit looney. The first thing i did was to check the population of the supposed missing city.
Questions were immediately raised about the new announcement. As Schneider wrote, prior to the election, Nickolaus "was heavily criticized for her decision to keep the county results on an antiquated personal computer, rather than upgrade to a new data system being utilized statewide."
Added Schneider: "Nickolaus cited security concerns for keeping the data herself -- yet when she reported the data, it did not include the City of Brookfield, whose residents cast nearly 14,000 votes."
Turns out, according to the city's website.......
According to the city of Brookfield, WI website, that their population is 39,740 (2006 Estimate) if you didn't click the link to see for yourself. So ok this nice crazy woman is saying that out of 39,740 people, 14,000 votes didn't get put into the system. Well of course there is Coldfusion04's diary about if that is true or not, but I am not getting into the IT realm of this I am simply talking numbers here. So anyway 14,000 is roughly 35% of the TOTAL population of this city that is missing, so I wonder what that might translate into if we try to look @ just registered voters?
Well it is a bit hard to find so I am having to extrapolate this on the fly. According to the 2009 data it says 23.4% of people in Waukesha County are under 18. Which in turns means that they can not vote. So if that stat holds up in the city of brookfield then that would mean 9299.16 people in the city should be underage and not able to vote which leaves us with 30,441 people over 18. Lets just assume
that they are all registered to vote and that would mean that if 14000 people voted then they had an incredible 45.9% of the registered voters turned out to vote. Personally i can see a great turnout since the actions of walker pissed a lot of people off, but that still does not satisfy my need to understand what happened.
If you look @ the votes cast in the elections on the down ticket in brookfield that seems to give further evidence of hanky panky!

So if you look at the totals for the supreme court, it does add up to almost 14000 votes.... yeppers! 14,315 to be exact, but if you look at how many votes that Prosser got you see that he received 10,859 which is about, oh say ---2658 more votes than any other person down ticket got. Weird, if people are voting that strongly republican the republican numbers should be sort of balanced. Not to mention that particular race had oh say --1960 more votes than any other down ticket election. So weird to me that it turns out like that, and not to mention that the down ticket races had more voters voting Dem that what the Supreme court Dem got. About 500 votes less than the lowest dem that lost and 1500 less than the the democrat that won the Elmbrook school board at large seat. So all of these numbers tell me something is not right in Wisconsin.
If anyone has a frackin link to some voter registration data please share because this is driving me batty because my search-fu is failing me this early/late. 7 weeks of 4 on 1 off 12 hour night shifts does that to ya :)
