Thank you to everyone who has read, commented in, and recommended these diaries, and thank you especially for supporting my family through a difficult time.
Our case against the school district continues, although they have filed for dismissal, due to the fact our son has graduated and no longer attends school in the district. We will, of course, do all we can to keep the case active and moving forward, as graduation prayers are only one of the many, many problems the district has regarding separation of church and state.
Some of you asked, in comments in earlier diaries, if we have seen any support from Christians in our area. At the time, the answer was- Individually, yes...collectively, not so much.
I am happy to say that has changed, and humbly honored to invite you to an event in San Antonio this Thursday evening, to celebrate and support not only my family, but others who have taken a stand to keep public schools neutral and free from state-sponsored religious incursion.
Details below.
Please join us if you are able! EVERYONE, of all faiths or none, is welcome.
Thank you all for your support!
