This is completely absurd that I'm posting online instead of calling an ambulence or catching a bus to the hospital, but no healthcare = I'd rather talk about it first ...
Update2
It's 3:30am. Just got back from the ER. Probably would not have gone without the helpful info and prompting of everyone in the comments, so THANK YOU! Turns out not to be a heart issue. Doctor said it was skeleto-muscular. Nothing to be concerned about. So that's good. Cost TBD.
But let me just say that service/care at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle is amazing. Probably had something to do with me walking in and saying I was having chest pains, but nonetheless. Kudos to Swedish!

UPDATE
Thanks to everyone for your advice and concern. I'm heading off to the ER now.
***************
So, I'm 37, healthy I think, but am overly sedentary due to working at a computer all day. Just got down to due some home exercise and started with push-ups. By the third push-up, the left side of my chest siezed up, weakening my left arm and caused me to collapse.
The cramp in my chest is less painful now, but still hurts, and is causing me to be slightly doubled over. It has persisted for over 10 minutes.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience or knowledge of mild heart attack symptoms (since, I assume, if it was major I couldn't be typing this ...)
Thanks.
