My faithful little Toyota Corolla, otherwise known as a '94 GEO PRIZM, wasn't pretty, but she was a champ. Her body was ugly, but she would never let me down.
I loved my Carlotta. She was a dear friend.
Someone bashed my baby's face the other night, & ran. I'm sure she will faithfully start, but her axle is surely destroyed, & her frame bent from this terrible assault.
I hope that she will get a good birth. She has my recommendation. She was always there for me. She made my life better. She never let me down, & rarely complained.
The Rent-A-Car
AAA is paying for the rent-a-car.
First up is the 2012 Chevy Cruze.
Hate it
Why, below the curls.
The steering is too soft, poor balance on turns, too bulky, & butt ugly. It's ugly looking, & handles for crap.
I'm taking it back & telling them I want a Toyota. Any Toyota. That's what I'm going to buy, & what I want to drive.
It will be 20 years b/f I trust an American car. If you want to take that chance, more power to ya.
But for me, if it ain't Toyota, fuggedaboudit.
Reliability is my standard. & a reliable car is like a member of the family.
I will sorely miss my ole bucket & dear friend, Carlotta.
I will seek a good buddy from her family.
And I will try to be as faithful as she was to me.
I almost feel that she made it happen this way, to release me, & make me find a new love.
I love you, old bucket. I'll never forget you. Thank you for everything.
All my cars will be Toyotas.
They never die.
