6:58 PM PT: Just to explain once again: A key thing we're doing here is comparing tonight's Democratic numbers to how well JoAnne Kloppenburg did in the Supreme Court race in April - a race which ended in an almost exact 50-50 tie. Four Dems need to outperform Kloppenburg's #s in their districts to beat Republicans tonight. So far, that isn't happening.
7:04 PM PT: In SD-02, it's 58-42 Cowles with half the precincts in.
7:05 PM PT: In SD-10, it's 58-42 Harsdorf, also with half the vote in.
7:09 PM PT: Fred Clark is currently outperfoming Kloppenburg by about 1.3%, but remember, he needs to do 4.6% better than her to win. He's behind 55-45 with 45% or so in.
7:13 PM PT: Thanks to some precincts coming in from Milwaukee, Dem Sandy Pasch has shot out to a 57-43 lead, but only 15% of the vote is counted.
