7:24 PM PT: The AP calls SD-10 for Republican Sheila Harsdorf.
7:26 PM PT: Most of blue-friendly Sauk County just reported in SD-14, but it only brings Clark to 54-46. There aren't likely enough Dem-leaning precincts out there for him to win.
7:29 PM PT: Supposedly, long lines in bigger cities have meant that vote counting only began late. This would mostly affect Winnebago and La Crosse Counties, and Fon Du Lac to some extent.
7:30 PM PT: Jess King just took a 100-vote lead over Randy Hopper. 19% reporting.
7:34 PM PT: The thing for King is that there are a lot of votes left to be counted. She's up +3.8 on Tom Barrett's gubernatorial performance from 2010, but needs 8.5; up +5.5 on Feingold 2010, but needs 10. Down 1 compared to Kloppenburg, but needs 4. Any way you slice it, she's behind where she needs to be right now.
7:37 PM PT: David Jarman hypothesizes: "Floating the fake Dem primary challenges to push it back a month may have saved the GOP's bacon. Everyone was at maximum agitation for the Supreme Court race, but now perhaps people have gotten a little more distracted and there's less momentum. Or so it seems from several thousand miles away."
7:39 PM PT: I've gotta believe the AP will call this one for Luther Olsen soon. Only 8 precincts left, but he's up by 9 points.
