I know this might not be a diary; but I am a beginner runner and worked myself up from a slow walk to a 5K; now I am training for a 10K and I keep getting back pain in the middle of my back; and sometimes on the right lower half. I am stretching so I don't know what else to do. What types of stretches can I do to prevent back pain? Someone always has the right answer for any type of question on this site so any help would be appreciated.
