In the fundraising e-mail, Wasserman Schultz says:
“Of all the elections we are preparing for in 2012, one of the most important ones isn't happening in November.
On June 5th, the people of Wisconsin will have their chance to recall Governor Scott Walker, whose attacks on workers' and women's rights are the definition of a fireable offense. Democrats are rallying around our nominee, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, and with just 14 days to go before the election, we're organizing one of the largest get-out-the-vote efforts in state history.
Will you donate today to help Wisconsin Democrats build the grassroots organization it's going to take to beat Scott Walker and win in 2012?
It's up to Democrats across the country to help win this thing.”

My first knowledge of this came from an email from Chris Bowers through my opt in for emails from Daily Kos.
last week, tens of thousands of activists like you appealed to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to start sending financial resources to help win the Wisconsin recall elections. Your appeals were successful, as the DNC just sent a fundraising email supporting the recalls to millions of their members.
Their help could not come at a better time. A new internal poll from the Tom Barrett campaign shows him pulling to within just 3 points of Scott Walker, and actually leading among independents. That means that if we can get the Democratic base in Wisconsin to turn out, then we will recall Scott Walker on June 5.
Please, contribute $3 to Tom Barrett.
Keep fighting,

And the contribute link goes to actblue for a split contribution. I'm not linking it.
UPDATE:
I'm sorry. Still getting my land and sea legs, having been born yesterday.
I did not include a genuine donate link to help say bye-bye to Walker.
So here it is.
