Mitt Romney ... sending the 1%'s investments right into oblivion
The latest FEC report indicates that the Romney Super PAC
Restore Our Future (a name that still makes no sense to me) was down to just $6 million in cash on Aug. 31. ROF started the year with $23.5 million in the warchest and raised just over $66 million more this year.
They've blown through $83 million bucks, almost all for advertising in the swing states, and look what they've got to show for it. Behind in the polls, time getting short, voter attitudes hardening and early voting beginning.
Obama's Super PAC, Priorities USA, started the year with a paltry $1.5 million, raised $22.6 million and spent $18.3 million. PUSA has $4.2 million in the kitty. Results? President Obama heading into the final stretch of the campaign with a measurable lead.
And people say Mitt Romney is a great businessman?
