Hello everyone. I hope you have enjoyed my taste in music over these many Moons or Moon-days(also the few diaries I wrote on Wednesdays at DKOMA as I was invited to do by x who, like the band, is awesome). I know I have learned even more about my own musical tastes from some of your contributions and additions. These anthologies will be my last few contributions to this group for a little while as I take a haitus after them.
I'll try to maybe recruit more writers with their own specialties to write for this group's series. Thank you for all your support of these diaries. I say that even if we hate each other outside of this series and I know that is the case with some posters, but that's OK. It's nice to be able to leave it all behind for a little while, anyway. And so enjoy these next couple of priceman Musical Moonday Anthologies.
As you know I like punk rock a lot; the energy, the anti-authoritarian attitude, the creativity, the raw emotion, and everything else. I also love the less is more do it yourself aspect. I love all of it.
- Punk Rock
I know this is my sort of my niche when it comes to music and not even all my friends can relate to it, but that's cool. This is always an open thread too. Most people can at least relate to the Ramones or at least have heard of them, Patti Smith, the Clash, or something along those lines. However, you can always post anything you want from any band or any genre. It wouldn't be much of a punk rock series if I had rules on what to post.
I just hope some of you have gotten some enjoyment out of this series or at least thought of it as educational in a music education sort of way.
Thank you all to those who visited and rec'd this esoteric niche music series of mine. Be sure to catch these next couple of anthologies.
