We had the convention, and it went well, really well. Almost everyone who went there had fun. There will always, in any group, be someone who's not happy. But when the convention ends with children crying "I don't want to go home!" and adults wishing they could emulate the children, you know you did good.
This sweet face hides a formidable talent.
She learned to weld just so she could make these trophies for OctopodiCon:
The middle one is the traveling trophy for the Pod Points, and the one on the right is the trophy for the Best Looking Mad Engineering Project. The one on the left is the Automaton trophy.
She also made herself a set of gear wings:
And she was just one of the many amazing people there.
Professor Elemental was worth every enny we spent bringing him to America and to Oklahoma:
People of all ages loved the Makeshops:
The Sky Marshalls were amazing in doing their Jail and Bail and and they were serious about making sure the play weapons people wore as part of their outfits were safe.
I bet if Nemo's father had hired the Sky Marshalls, he'd have found Nemo sooner:

So, done for this year, and already planning next year's.
I'll try not to talk about it quite so much, but I can't promise this is the end of it.
