As everyone else has gone over ad nauseum, our President has a lot that he will be working on during his next debate prep in advance of his October 16th showdown. Thus, I figured I would create an ongoing Diary that would provide some advice to OUR President in advance of his next debate with Romney. It is my hope that others share their advice and who knows, this might get to his campaign staff as I know they are probably wondering what the perception of his supporters and independents are who watched the previous debate, so here goes.....
Advice from a voter / Obama voter (who used to be Republican - yes, I know):
1) Attack Romney every time he exaggerates or lies about a particular stance. If you let his lies go unchallenged, voters will assume that you are in agreement, regardless of what argument you pivot to next.
2) Look at him directly when you are criticizing him as, in GOP primary debates this throws him off his game and makes him defensive and compels him to lose his temper and make stupid gaffes ($10,000 Bet).
3) Bring up both the 47% comment and the 7.8% unemployment rate in the next debate. Someone who waits a month to admit a mistake (the fact he said what he felt when secretly recorded) about something he truly believed in (does any of us not believe that this is how Mittens truly feels?)
Those are some of my views as an observer, what are some of yours? I think that the wonderful Obama team would like to hear what you think and DailyKos is THE premier unfiltered liberal blog in existence.
