Everyone who works get a periodical performance review. Items covered usually include things like meeting goals for the previous year, objectives, working with others, strengths and weaknesses, expectations for the upcoming year, development plan, and other items.
I’d love to be a fly on the wall when Karl receives his from some guys that expect extremely high performance for the money he’s been given and the amount of salary he draws.
I fully expect ol’ Karl to be looking at COBRA in the near future.
