Well an all male panel deciding what is or is not religious freedom makes some sense when you take into consideration the patriarchal nature of the religion principally concerned.
How dare a women be involved in something so fundamentally masculine? Next thing you know women will want equal pay for equal work, same access to health care, and heaven forbid contribute to decisions pertaining to family planning.
On has to admire these stalwart men take it upon themselves to carry out the Catholic Church's wonderful stance, exclude women at all costs.
