may it never be that I am interviewed by Lawrence O'Donnell.
I just watched Lawrence absolutely tear Zimmerman's "friend" Joe to pieces.
The show is still on, so there is obviously not video yet. But Joe Oliver just lost all credibility as a spokesman.
Sorry for the short diary. I know this should be in an Open Thread, but there's not one up right now. I don't have the time to flesh this out (bad form...I know), but if any of you saw the interview, please comment.
There's just too much to explain. Joe (like Joe the Plumber) is a complete fraud.
Coming away from the interview, this is what I got (I'm still processing it).
Joe Oliver denied, then admitted, that he had been at the same work place as Zimmerman.
Joe denied that he knew anything about Zimmerman's prior complaint of interfering with a police officer. Then, I think he admitted it.
Joe denied that he knew anything about Zimmerman having a prior complaint about Protective Order and that Zimmerman had been required to go through "anger management." Then, I think he admitted it.
Joe pretended he was Zimmerman's best buddy and knew Zimmerman's heart. Then, I think he admitted he didn't know Joe that well.
It was just amazing. Did I get anything wrong here? Did I miss anything?
I hope Joe can still get his job back - his 15 minutes of fame are over.
