President Obama,
Voters' rights, Voter suppression, abortion rights, and union rights are all under attacks from the corrupt GOP Tea Party. Just as I have explained for years there is "No Gay Rights" only "Equal Rights." It is now time to ensure every American has the same rights and freedom as enshrine in the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and other Amendments to U.S. Constitution. The States cannot abridge the rights and freedoms of Americans just because the GOP has stolen the elections at the state level around the country.
If you want to stop this then you, President Obama, must set the stage by making a simple statement. It is time President Obama makes declaration to Nation and end the voter suppression once and for all. It is time to end the fight over abortion, politician have no legal business interfering with Americans assembling with their doctors any medical treatment or advise. Neither Congress nor State Governments can pass laws abridging the rights of Americans to assemble as they wish with each other. The commerce clause of the U.S. Constitution is not superior the Bill of Rights, Amendment 1, Amendment XV, and Amendment XIV.
"It is Americans' right of the people to peaceably to assemble."
Americans assemble to vote on each election day. Americans assemble to talk to one and other at Unions, Associations and Societies (aka, Skull and Bones, PTA, and all the other things they assemble to engage in doing), Americans assemble in private talk politics, religion, or commerce. Americans assemble to meet with their lawyers. Americans assemble to meet with their doctors in private.
"Congress shall make no law abridging the right of the people to peaceably assemble."
This is our civil rights that we need to shout out that they are not going to take away from us:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
AMENDMENT XV
Passed by Congress February 26, 1869. Ratified February 3, 1870.
Section 1.
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude--
Section 2.
The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
It is time for the President to stand up set the record straight.
