Details are still scarce, but two explosions went off separated by ten seconds at the end of the finish line of the Boston Marathon on Monday afternoon. According to Fox, Boston law enforcement says at least three people have been killed and dozens injured, including limbs blown off. The explosions occurred on Boylston Street.
12:40 PM PT: Shephard Smith speculating about the possibility of the explosion having come from a trash can based on a report from a reporter covering the race.
