Received this e-mail today from Senator Tom Udall (D. NM):
I am deeply disappointed by this week’s Supreme Court decision in Hobby Lobby, handing private corporations the power to deny women access to health care they need.
This decision puts corporate interests ahead of the American people. A woman’s decision to use birth control should be between her and her doctor -- her boss shouldn’t have anything to do with it.
Once again, the Supreme Court has failed the American people. And it’s up to our grassroots network to respond.
Add your voice to mine and let Washington know that a woman’s boss shouldn’t be involved in her health care decisions.

The implications of this new law are startling. Giving corporations power to decide what kind of health services a woman needs puts a barrier between women and their doctors, and it wrongly implies that women's preventive health care is different from everyone else's.
Hobby Lobby is a slippery slope that could result in the Supreme Court rolling back even more health care options for women. And we can’t let that happen.
Click here to let Washington know that we’re not going to stop fighting to make sure that women have access to the health care they deserve.
