Two thirds of Republicans
We're talking about John Boehner and Mitch McConnell here, after all.
tell the Pew Research Center that they want their party's leaders to "stand up" to President Obama, even if it means that less will get done, while just 32 percent of Republicans want to see GOP leadership work with the president at the cost of disappointing some Republicans.
All I can say is, these people are about to get what they think they want. Especially the "even if less gets done" part. Because the beauty of the congressional Republican position is that if Obama agrees to do what they want, they will declare it is not enough, move their own position sharply to the right, and stand there howling about how the president is being unreasonable.
