Mother's Day is a bittersweet holiday for me. I lost my Mom in 2010 and a day doesn't go by that I think of her. I made her jewelry while she was alive. Every time I look at Pixie I see my Mom who let the little imp into the house. Now the imp "helps" me with the jewelry. When I was married I was never able to carry past the first trimester. I did help to raise my brother's only child and am a Kick Ass Aunt and honorary Mom and Grandmother to her and her three children. It was a yearly struggle to find something different for Mom and towards the end it was artwork featuring Pixie that Mom wanted.
Back in March I had a St. Patrick's Day sale to help fund our attempt to recover damages from a crooked moving company. Our initial consultation with the lawyer shows that we are the victims of blackmail, extortion, and fraud and eligible for triple damages. Now we have to determine whether California or North Carolina has to handle the suit. And of course that means more money to try and file a suit against the moving company.
With Mother's Day coming up I thought maybe you would like something unique for the Moms in your life. This way we will both benefit. I have a new line of jewelry designed for the occasion. I also have some floral prints available to celebrate May flowers. Please take a look. I am also expanding to making custom made sock monkeys. Here is a selection of what I have available. The necklaces and art are hot linked.
