Last Gasps of the Pause

As it becomes increasingly likely that 2014 will see an El Niño likely to break 1998's heat record, deniers are again trying to convince the public that there is a "pause" in warming.

Most recently, Ross McKitrick has an op-ed in the Financial Post about the pause, claiming that since CO2 levels have gone up while temperatures haven't, the models must be wrong.
