Former President Bill Clinton is
none too pleased with former Vice President Dick Cheney's constant attacks on President Obama over Iraq and other foreign policy issues:
“Mr. Cheney has been incredibly adroit for the last six years or so attacking the administration for not doing an adequate job of cleaning up the mess that he made," Clinton told NBC News' David Gregory. "I think it’s unseemly.”
“And I give President Bush, by the way, a lot of credit for trying to stay out of this debate and letting other people work through it," he added.
And how did the dick respond?
“If there’s somebody who knows something about unseemly, it’s Bill Clinton,” Cheney said, as quoted by the Billings Gazette.
Okay, I'll give you a choice: You can have a president who created millions of jobs, reduced inequality, and kept us out of wars, but had his share of personal failures, or you can have a guy who didn't have those personal failures (at least not publicly), but shrunk the economy, expanded inequality, and got us mired in two wars that are haunting us to this day.
If that's a tough question for you to answer, you really need to rethink your priorities.
