Six years on since John McCain and Co. introduced us to the Alaskan ding-bat, it seems that America has finally had it's fill of Sarah Louise Palin.
Actually, that's not quite correct. See, the country's been pretty much over Ms. Palin for quite a while. It's just that now there's finally a poll to prove it.
That's the result of a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Annenberg poll in which 54 percent of voters say they've heard enough from Palin and would prefer that she be less outspoken in political debates.
It seems that the only people still listening to the Wasilla whack-job are her usual flying monkey-drones, and pre-pubescent conservative fanboys like Rich Lowry. Remember this from the 2008 Vice-Presidential debates (skip to 1:32 -- and oh how I miss Keith Olbermann)?
This pretty much sums up the appeal of Sarah Palin. Probably the only appeal she has left...as conservative whack-off material.
