Yesterday on Fox, the warmonger, consistently wrong, Charles Krauthammer bitched, and falsely accused President Obama of "building up ISIS."
KRAUTHAMMER: "Obama and the administration are building up ISIS, even beyond what Obama is doing in its own propaganda. That's not a good first step in confronting them."
"
building up ISIS" ... what?
How about Charles Krauthammer explain why he, Krauthammer, supported Bush & Cheney policies that created ISIS?
And, to Krauthammer: How long did it take for Bush & Cheney to Create ISIS?
The answer is: Less than one year.
It took Bush & Cheney less than one year to create ISIS.
ISIS is more commonly known as Al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI).
In 2004, ISIS was formed and founded in Iraq as a result of the 2003 US invasion of Iraq. (a.k.a. incompetence of: President Bush, VP Cheney, Condi Rice, members of the Senate Intelligence Committee and members of the House Intelligence Committee.)
ISIS is a group of mentally ill, deranged people who hijacked the Sunni faction of Islam and fought against US Troops in Iraq. Because they pledged their allegiance to Osama Bin Laden (who, after 8 long years, Bush/Cheney NEVER did catch) the Bush Administration called them, ISIS, the al-Qaeda in Iraq (AIQ).
So, throughout the Bush/Cheney Administration, Charles Krauthammer, Bush, Cheney, talking heads on Fox, rightwinged nutcases, Condi Rice, etc all referred to ISIS as: simply "al-Qaeda" or "al-Qaeda In Iraq (AIQ)" but never ISIS.
Kind of neat, huh? Those rightwinged nutcases like Charles Kraphammer are trying to pretend that ISIS was created during President Obama's Administration when, the fact is, the BS Bush/Cheney policies those rightwinged nutjobs supported is what created ISIS in 2004.
Krauthammer recently wrote this lie:
KRAUTHAMMER: These [ISIS] jihadists came out of nowhere ...
Liar. They've been around since 2004.
While failing to acknowledge the failed Bush/Cheney policies he, Krauthammer, supported, Kraphammer recently wrote.
KRAUTHAMMER: These [ISIS] are the worst people on earth.
Yes, they are included in the worst people on earth column. And you, Charles Krauthammer supported Bush Cheney policies that created the "worst people on earth." Are you proud of yourself?
Not to outdo himself, this consistantly wrong asshat, Krauthammer, supported policies that created ISIS told Bull O'Reilly.
KRAUTHAMMER: “Well, he [Obama] has dithered since the day he got into office. It took him a year to decide on the surge in Afghanistan ... And here he is, he goes off and plays golf or who knows what he was doing at a time when Iraq is in maximum peril ...
Ok, so "
dither" huh? Let's compare:
1) It took less than "a year" (less than 40 days really) for Bush & Cheney to dither about the August 6, 2001 intel that resulted in 3000 dead in New York City on 9/11/2001.
2) It took less than "a year" for Bush & Cheney to create ISIS "the worst people on earth." after they invaded Iraq so as to steal their oil for private Oil Corporations.
3) After 8 long years, Bush/Cheney never did capture Bin Laden.
"dither" my foot. More like, FINALLY! we do not have a GD knee-jerking, incompetent, warmonger in the White House.
As for the "maximum peril" ... When Bush & Cheney invaded Iraq, they (Bush Cheney) destabilized the region and that's what created maximum peril.
Krauthammer went on to tell Bull O'Reilly:
KRAUTHAMMER: ...The Kurds are of no use to us. They captured Kirkuk. They have their own state. They have been longing for that for 100 years since the Versailles conference and they have it in reach. They are not going to want to get involved in this war. We have to go into Syria to attack ISIS or all of this is useless.
As usual, Kraphammer is wrong. The Kurds are useful and they are helping fight ISIS. In fact, Kurdish forces have retaken the Mosul dam.
And who is this "We" in "We have to go into Syria to attack ISIS or all of this is useless" ... is Kraphammer going to pick up a gun and take his fellow Fox hosts to Syria?
I think everyone with half a brain realizes that the countries who are at greatest risk against ISIS are countries in the Middle East. But, warmonger Kraphammer is trying to pimp the notion that America is most at risk:
KRAUTHAMMER: The unfortunate fact is, we're going to have to act on our own, with whatever allies we can assemble, for our own interest.
Yeah, what "
interests" are those Kraphammer? Would it be the private oil Companies in Iraq? The private oil Companies that Bush & Cheney made sure took over the oil that should be owned by the Iraqi people?
To continue is irrational, illogical, factfree mantra, Krauthammer complained about the way President Obama reacted after ISIS brutally murdered James Foley;
KRAUTHAMER: “People like this ultimately fail,” Obama said of Foley’s murderers. Perhaps. But “ultimately” can be a long way — and thousands of dead — away. The role of a great power, as Churchill and Roosevelt understood, is to bring that day closer.
"
thousands of dead" ... "
role of a great power" ....hmmm ...
Like the thousands of dead US Soldiers and over over 600,000 Iraqis who died as a result of invading Iraq? And how about the "role" the Iraq war played in the increase in terrorism around the world and widespread ethnic cleansing in Iraq that caused millions of Iraqis to vacate their homes to move to other parts of the country or the world? The invasion of Iraq that created ISIS and that Kraphammer supported.
Oh, and how wrong was Kraphammer about WMD in Iraq? Here's a short list:
2/1/02:
KRAUTHAMMER: Iraq is Hitlerian Germany, a truly mad police state with external ambitions and a menacing arsenal.
4/19/02:
KRAUTHAMMER: Saddam survived, rearmed, defeated the inspections regime and is now back in the business of building weapons of mass destruction.
...Time is running short. Saddam has weapons of mass destruction. He is working on nuclear weapons. And he has every incentive to pass them on to terrorists who will use them against us. We cannot hold the self-defense of the United States hostage to the solving of a century-old regional conflict.
9/13/02:
KRAUTHAMMER: The United States should emphasize weapons destruction rather than regime change in order to garner allies for the war. But our actual policy is to achieve both.
9/20/02:
KRAUTHAMMER: The vice president [Cheney], followed by the administration A Team and echoing the president, argues that we must remove from power an irrational dictator who has a history of aggression and mass murder, is driven by hatred of America and is developing weapons of mass destruction that could kill millions of Americans in a day. The Democrats respond with public skepticism, a raised eyebrow and the charge that the administration has yet to "make the case."
10/7/02:
KRAUTHAMMER: The threat of mass death on a scale never before seen residing in the hands of an unstable madman is intolerable -- and must be preempted.
1/24/03:
KRAUTHAMMER: [T]he possession of weapons of mass destruction by Hussein is an intolerable threat to the security of the United States, there is no logical way to rationalize walking away from Iraq -- even if the president wanted to.
2/14/03:
KRAUTHAMMER: We now recognize the central problem of the 21st century: the conjunction of terrorism, rogue states and weapons of mass destruction.
And here's what the consistently wrong Charles Kraphammer wrote when we saw we had been 'had' and there were
no WMD in Iraq.
6/13/03:
KRAUTHAMMER: The inability to find the weapons is indeed troubling, but only because it means that the weapons remain unaccounted for and might be in the wrong hands. The idea that our inability to thus far find the weapons proves that the threat was phony and hyped is simply false.
What a stupid man that Krauthammer is.
Look pal, you supported the policies that created ISIS, you were wrong then and you're wrong now. So, I guess I am simply saying: Charles Krauthammer, you're a born loser.
Kraphammer is not the only person at Fox trying to pretend ISIS was created during the time President Obama was elected.
Fox host Jeanine Pirro lied:
Pirro: The head of this band of savages is a man by the name of Abu al-Baghdadi. The new Osama Bin Laden. A man released by Obama in 2009, who started ISIS a year later.
Liar, liar pants on fire.
Then Megyn Kelly of Fox pimped out her lie:
Kelly: We are also learning more about the leader of the terror group, a man described as the new Bin Laden, the heir to Bin Laden. It turns out he had been in U.S. custody until 2009, over in Iraq, when he was then turned over to the Iraqi government as part of our troop drawdown. And then he was released.
That is a GD lie. No Megyn, he was not "
turned over to the Iraqi government as part of our troop drawdown." and you're a GD liar to say that.
Let's get back to some facts about ISIS:
Prior to February 2014, when al-Qaeda cut ties with ISIS, the group ISIS was referred to as simply "al-Qaeda." Therefore, when you read about who funds "al-Qaeda" you are reading about who funds ISIS as well.
Historic Funding of ISIS (formerly called al-Qaeda) from Saudi Arabia :
As I said, in 2004 ISIS was formed by mentally ill people who hijacked the Sunni faction of Islam. A WikiLeaks released memo from the United States Secretary of State sent in 2009 asserted that the primary source of funding of Sunni terrorist groups, like ISIS, worldwide was/is Saudi Arabia.
WIKILEAKS: donors in Saudi Arabia constitute the most significant source of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide. Continued senior-level USG engagement is needed to build on initial efforts and encourage the Saudi government to take more steps to stem the flow of funds from Saudi Arabia-based sources to terrorists and extremists worldwide.
Could that explain why Saudi Arabia never does a GD thing to stop terrorism in countries surrounding Saudi Arabia?
WIKILEAKS: The USG engages regularly with the Saudi Government on terrorist financing. The establishment in 2008 of a Treasury attache office presence in Riyadh contributes to robust interaction and information sharing on the issue. Despite this presence, however, more needs to be done since Saudi Arabia remains a critical financial support base for al-Qa'ida, the Taliban, LeT, and other terrorist groups, including Hamas, which probably raise millions of dollars annually from Saudi sources, often during Hajj and Ramadan. In contrast to its increasingly aggressive efforts to disrupt al-Qa'ida's access to funding from Saudi sources, Riyadh has taken only limited action to disrupt fundraising for the UN 1267-listed Taliban and LeT-groups that are also aligned with al-Qa'ida and focused on undermining stability in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
What is Saudi Arabia's ultimate goal in funding and making-nice with Sunni al-Qaeda Terrorist groups like ISIS?
Yeah, so what does the Saudi Arabia govt have to say about ISIS these days? Well, Greta Van Susteren of Fox let's us know:
GRETA: The king of Saudi Arabia is warning that ISIS will reach Europe in one month and the U.S. one month after that.
WOW! So the Saudi King issued a "warning" us that ISIS will be in America in 2 months! Yeah, and next the Saudi King will tell us that it's because America is so much closer to where ISIS is on the map than Saudi Arabia is ... and Greta will believe it?
Historic Funding of ISIS (formerly called al-Qaeda) from United Arab Emirates (UAE) :
WIKILEAKS: UAE-based donors have provided financial support to a variety of terrorist groups, including al-Qa'ida, the Taliban, LeT and other terrorist groups, including Hamas.
Now, let's look at the two hands:
On the one hand, the countries who are really most susceptible to threats from ISIS, like Saudi Arabia, who aren't doing a GOD DAMN THING to stop ISIS. In fact, countries who are most susceptible, like the UAE and Saudi Arabia, have been funding and arming ISIS and groups like ISIS for years and years.
On the other hand, you have people like Charles Krauthammer, House Intelligence Chairman Mike Rogers, Senate Intelligence Chairwoman Diane Feinstein and the rest of the incompetent so-called "intelligence" committee people beating the war drum (again) to save America from the 'worse than ever threat in the entire history the world, ISIS (ISIL).'
Well, in my mind, if those countries most susceptible to threats from ISIS, like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc., aren't doing a GD thing to stop ISIS then why the hell should America send our men and women to die for those countries?
No, Charles Kraphammer, you are wrong, again, we do not have to "act on our own" and we are not going to have to "go into Syria to attack ISIS" because all that would do is further destabilize the region.
My next question to Kraphammer: Why did you, Charles Krauthhammer, support the Bush & Cheney Policies (Invasion of Iraq) that created ISIS?
