Today's newfangled nukes have the various features and whatnot.
You know, maybe Republican politicians
just shouldn't be on Facebook at all.
A firebrand conservative lawmaker in Arkansas proposed the use of nuclear weapons against Islamic State targets, asserting that such a response would be the most efficient way to “turn things around” and “annihilate” the militant group.
Yes, Republican State Sen. Jason Rapert did do that thing. And if you're going to propose opening up a nuclear front in the Middle East, you really ought to do it in the venue most suited for that sort of high-level military strategery, so Facebook it is.
"With ISIS spreading all over the Middle East and Africa and Islamic Extremists carrying out violence in Europe, The United Kingdom and even in the United States, I wonder why the civilized world just sits by when we have weapons that could wipe out these barbarians where they are concentrated? I believe it is time to annihilate the strongholds and pursue the rest till we have them all captured or killed. A strategically placed nuclear weapon would save the lives of our soldiers and quickly turn things around. It is time for the insanity to be stopped."
Yes, why
does the "civilized world" not simply drop a nuke in Syria, thereby stopping world terrorism? It is a mystery.
Anyway, after persons pointed out that State Sen. Jason Rapert was quite possibly a raging idiot, he was then of course obligated to defend his plan on the preferred venue for defending stupid posts on Facebook, by which we mean Twitter.
After his remarks generated criticism, Rapert castigated those who read anything about the use of ‘tactical nuclear weapons’ and only remember Hiroshima and Nagasaki.” He also took to Twitter to suggest that his “anti-American” critics harbor an affinity for ISIS:
These newfangled nuclear weapons we have these days aren't like the old Hiroshima bombs. They don't affect civilians, irradiate the countryside, or cause a catastrophic collapse of U.S. strategic relationships around the entire planet as every last nation on Earth wonders who the holy hell we think we are, dropping a goddamn nuke in Syria under the supposition that it'll kill all the bad guys and solve Middle Eastern terrorism, and if you bring up any of that stuff YOU LOVE ISIS YOU ISIS LOVER I WIN ALL ARGUMENZ FOREVR.

Seems liberals even love ISIS more than stopping them cold in their tracks. They truly amaze me with their anti-American arguments. Bizarre.

An honest question: How the fuck are people like this in actual power. How is it that their own party does not stuff them into a burlap sack and throw them into the river rather than allow
Jesus von Nuke-boy to opine on whether or not we should push the big red button.
