If corporations are people, corporations = people and vice versa, people = corporations. As a person/corporation I must have some assets, or I would be a worthless corporation. But I do have one asset if I have registered to vote, and that is the right to vote every time there is an election. As a responsible corporation, I wish to enhance my corporate bottom line by trading my asset (right to vote) for its fair value.
Since an incredible amount of money is spent to influence our elections and less than 50% of the person/corporations do not exercise the right to vote, then most person/corporations are not getting full value for their assets. But that amount of money spent on elections seems to indicate that this particular asset of a person/corporation has an identifiable monetary value.
So, as a person/corporation I wish to sell my vote for it's fair market value! Any takers?
