At the recent debate HRC said two things that I can't stop thinking about. I'd like too see her explain what she meant when she said:
1. "I said at the time (2012), that I hoped the TPP would become the gold standard of trade agreements."
And
2. Edward Snowden "could have received full whistle-blower status...." But he didn't and that's why he should have to "face the music".
Both of these statements are lies designed to sway. Lies are lies, and maybe it's HRC's continued lying that hurts her favorability numbers almost as much as the bogus House committees.
Maybe they're not lies? But that are:
1. What was actually said about the TPP was not that she hopes the TPP becomes the "gold standard". She actually Saint it is the gold standard. And that's a big difference.
2. As a private contractor working for our government, Ed Snowden would not be entitled to "full whistle-blower status". HRC knows this, but she told us something completely different.
Yes, she's still winning in the polls, but why lie?
