Monday the call went out to volunteers to test a new dialing system that eliminates 100% of no answers. Tuesday it was tested. I’ve gathered some things I’ve read over the last 72 hours and what the Sanders campaign was about to unleash may have been a break thru that would have made exponentially more efficient use of volunteer phone banks calling into NH & Iowa. Predictive Dialers have been around for a while, but the hardware was on the telecom side. Not something that can be used by volunteers scattered thru 50 states using cell phones.
Until now. The beta testing was all over the Slacks, it went awesomely. Predictive dialing via cell phones scattered all over the 50 states. This may have been an entirely in house coders project. Instead of making 40 calls, and actually talking to 4 or 5 voters out of the 40, predictive dialers mean volunteers get a call as soon as they are ready. Word was it improved efficiency by a factor of ten. This was a soft, nationally-distributed, Web-based form of predictive dialing.
NGP VAN's firewalls had failed in the past.
"This wasn't the first time we identified a bad breach," he said, confirming to CNN that the Sanders campaign reported another breach to the DNC in October. "We reported it to them. They thanked us for reporting it and they told us the breach had been closed."

Is a web based form of Predictive Dialing the kind of break thru in ground game that could push the Sanders campaign to victory in Iowa and New Hampshire? And beyond…...
