Last month we learned that a Comcast employee changed a customer's name to
Asshole Brown. Comcast fired the responsible employee, refunded the customer for two years of service and threw in two more free years.
Well, apparently now another Comcast customer has come forward with a similar story. Her name? If you ask Comcast, it's "Super Bitch Bauer."
“I was nice enough to call them to ask how much I owe,” [Mary Bauer] said. “I was little hot and a little angry because I never got good service.” But she says she didn’t swear or call them names. [...]
[B]ut when Mary got her bill today…
“It says Super B—- Bauer,” she said. “This is a disgrace to me. Why are they doing this to me? I pay my bills. I do not deserve this.”
Mary Bauer, 63 years old and a Chicago resident, had problems with her cable. She says she had 39 technicians come out to fix the problem in a six-month period, and then her bills stopped coming. She called Comcast to figure out how much she owed and after that, she received her "Super Bitch" bill.
Looks like along with abysmal customer service, Comcast has some serious problem employees. When asked about Mary Bauer, Comcast responded that they're "investigating."
