Cops tasers AND pepper-sprays black man who is having a stroke.
Saying he did nothing wrong, a Virginia police officer resigned from the Fredricksburg Police Department after body-cam video showed him using his Taser, and then pepper-spray, on an unresponsive black man sitting in his car.
This makes him a PIG. Whine about it all you want, all you;re doing is supporting a PIG: a cop who abused his power and STUPIDLY and with MALICE AFORETHOUGHT sought to add pain and misery to a black man he, in his infinite stupidity, thought was resisting arrest.

So the PIG immediately tasered the victim upon walking to his car. Just tasered him for no reason, other than being a PIG. Another cop opened the door and the PIG, Officer Jurgens,, PEPPERSPRAYS the guy who is just sitting there.
Jurgens can then be heard yelling, ” Get out the car. Get out the car, or I’m going to f*cking smoke you. Get out the car, right now. We ain’t playing.”
This is the bullshit mentality that has to - one way or another - be trained out of cops.Cops have 10000 bullshit excuses for assaulting and excusing the murder of people who aren't exactly menaces to society.

According to Jurgens, he said that he thought at the time Washington may have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and that he was concerned because there was a school nearby.

Here we see the horsehit propaganda of the the COP'S war on drugs. This horseshit excuse is SUPPOSED to excuse this PIG from the massive assault he laid on this incapacitated, ill man. We are supposed to just drop our linen and support this PIG because he smelled alcohol on a black man near a 'school'. That is why he said this stupid drugwar bullshit.
Apparently the department - for whatever reason - found his conduct out of line and he has 'resigned' though he is not a crook.
At least he isn't on a paid vacation.

The video comes from a bodycamera. The body camera did not protect the man in question because the cop simply felt his actions were OK.
It is probably good we have the video so AFTER THE FACT we can punish the cop, but the poor guy STILL had to needlessly get fucked over by a cop and wasn't able to do the first thing about it.
That is unacceptable and it absolutely has to be stopped.
